I know, I know in corporate cultures where everything is expected to be delivered yesterday pausing and slowing down feels a luxury.


The biggest pivot that is enriching my life is checking in with my nervous system when I feel rushed. Especially those morning getting-ready-for-school drills and completing my task lists of the day.

Have you realised one thing?
In those moments of hurry where we think we are saving 5 minutes, we get into a haste and do something which actually takes more time. Think about zipping that winter jacket of your child and not being able to do it in the first go. Get frustrated. And then take longer time. As compared to taking 5 deep breaths and then zipping the jacket in one go.


The more we feel rushed, the more we start building stress in our body. Our nervous system goes into fright-flight-freeze mode which is actually a survival response of our body in case of any danger.


Now tell me would you be able to be creative, problem solve or do exemplary quality of work when your body is always in a survival mode? No, right?


And that is the essence of having pit stops and having stress cleansing rituals every single day. Pause to accelerate. Rest to be productive qualitatively.


With the cosmic shift we are in, the hustle culture is not going to support you anymore. Our cosmos is going through a paradigm shift where burnout is getting burried down. The cosmos will be supporting those who are building a schedule that works with your energy, not against it. Your calendar honours your flow, your strategy fits your rhythm. And the results?
