How To Make Self-Development The Greatest Professional-Development Journey Of Your Life

This Newsletter is dedicated to my mentor Megs Sharland who has ignited this fire of self development journey in me. The words below are her words in the last newsletter of hers. That all leads to your PASSION being accessed so you can commit to building bigger pictures and your ambitions.

Knowing how your career and relationships intertwine, enrich, affect and impact one another is key. We experience life in separate opponents, but we are the same person in all of them.

For you, build substance, quality and longevity in your life to enhance your personal development and intelligence systems.

I teach and guide people on the inner tactics for outer success. The tools, methodologies, techniques and perspectives are invaluable.

If you want to build your internal strength, connection and expression, focus on these areas...

1. Learn your personality traits and habits​
​Becoming the personal investigator in your way will enhance how you can navigate the trials, triumphs and every day more potently. Just like an athlete learns when they peak, rest, have burnout tendencies, and learn about themselves to create their system and process.

People who desire to taste their potential have to do the same.
​
It expands beyond surface cleverness and, profession or status, this is how you take responsibility to maximise your

ENERGY and OUTPUT for MAXIMUM INNOVATION and IMPACT.​

Contemplation: What is your favorite trait? What and how does it impact the world?

2. Identify your maximum forms of communication

​​Communication is a skill that money cannot buy. 93% of communication is nonverbal.

People read and assess if they want you in their world and at what level without you even speaking.

People will listen to you and want you to be part of their world, business and life when you communicate with...

• SAFETY

• AUTHENTICITY

• POWER

• INTEGRITY

• PERSPECTIVE

Through your

• Voice

• Posture

• Gesture

• Movement

• Expression

​When you sound activated and aligned, and your communication matches your delivery goals and your body, more and more people will open up to what you have to say, communicate respectfully in return and enhance the quality of relationships, personally and professionally.

​Contemplation: What communication skills are you working on right now? Are there any fears behind learning those skills?

3. Know your glass ceilings and learn how to release them

A glass ceiling is the invisible beliefs and life perspectives that CAP, STOP, and RESTRICT your momentum in ENERGY, OUTPUT, INNOVATION and IMPACT.

For example - If you are an entrepreneur and fear being judged, your glass ceiling will stop you from marketing your work.
​
Learn to catch, own, heal, refine, and reframe so you keep rising and taking steps toward your goals.

The only reason people don’t is because of the true glass ceilings.

​Contemplation: Are you aware of how to find yours? What do you do to build safety in your system to overcome it?

4. OWNERSHIP of your SKILLS and GIFTS

There is something so sexy, strong and grounding when a person can own their innate and built skill sets.​

Identify your:

Innate skills - personality and natural gifts - your genius.

BUILT skills- the areas you have built mastery (mine-subconscious pattern interrupting and requiring)
​
Secondly, you may have heard of your unfair advantages.

If not, you should do some research on them.

They are great because they fire your foundations and allow you to own what you bring into your career, relationships, and friendships.
​
These are a great starting point for those of you who have that inner pull that wants more, a desire to pivot, a dream that feels like a goal and a leader who wishes to impact.
