For high achieving men and women who keep on moving to the next goal

Yesterday I was speaking with a friend and said, "I am in a space right now where I have wild goals to achieve but that does not lessen the joy of what I have today. What I have built so far”.

And I am not surprised at all to have this theme in my today's one on one mentoring calls of mine.

As high achievers we tend to do this. Take what we have achieved so far for granted and rush to the next goal.

Of always feeling incomplete. Unsatisfied.

I know the feeling because I was you.

It has taken me a while to be with my now. With my journey so far. And not always look at the future.

What works to ground in the today is making a blessings list of things you are really thankful for today.

Then using this grounding gratitude energy to quantum leap your future goals.
