How are you Feeling? Let's get honest for once.
How are you really feeling today?
And don't give me that “I'm good” line. I want the raw truth.
Whether you're feeling on top of the world or like absolute shit—it's all good. Let's be real about it.
Sometimes feelings can be heavy AF. 🏋🏼♀️
So whatever you're feeling right now, it's okay.
You're not broken. Life hits hard sometimes, and it's damn near impossible not to feel the full weight of it.
So, here's what we're gonna do: we're gonna feel the feels together. Yep, all of them. You with me?
Now, think about that emotion sitting heavy on your chest.
Maybe it's burnout, frustration, or something you can't even quite put into words. Whatever it is, let it in. Don't push it away.
Let it sit in the room with you, like an uninvited guest that showed up with their own bottle of wine.
Let them pour a glass and take a seat.
For me? I've been feeling expansion pains. There have been a ton of big choices to make and it's making me feel stretchy. That's just the season I'm in. And instead of shaming myself for not “snapping out of it,” I'm sitting with it. I'm letting those feelings be there, without the guilt.
Because guess what? I am feeling "wobbly". Why? Because of expansion... and that's not only okay, it's a good thing. If you're feeling that too—let it be okay.
I heard someone once compare our emotions to houseguests.
They come in, sit with us for a bit, maybe even overstay their welcome. But they don't get to move in. They'll leave when it's time, and we don't need to rush them out. Just let them be.
So today, feel it with me. Sit with it. Don't force it away, don't judge it. This is life. It's messy, it's chaotic, and yeah, sometimes it's a challenge—but that's what makes it real.
And here's the real message: you don't have to have it all figured out.
You don't need to force yourself to feel “better” or “more productive.”
Trust the process. Trust yourself. We're in this together.
