𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 2024 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗳𝗼𝗿 2025 

The cosmic alignments and the planetary movements each year build our foundations with the life lessons it brings. 2024 has been no different. For some of us it has been a difficult time. And for some of us who have learnt to navigate life with regulated nervous system, we have made the most of it.

But know that if you have imbibed your lessons well from this year, you will enter 2025 with a strong foundation. So sit with these lessons of these year and how do they relate with you.

💥 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝗿𝗲:
2024 brought us lessons and nudges to own who we are. Like Moanna we were put in life lessons and situations where we had to see ourselves in the mirror. Not the reflection which we show the world. Rather the truth of us which we keep to ourselves.

I have crossed the horizon to find you
I know your name
They have stolen the heart from inside you
But this does not define you
This is not who you are
You know who you are


🤍 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲
The hustle culture is going to be slowly crumbling down. 2024 we saw the beginning of it. We witnessed humans losing their lives to the hustle culture and some of us opening our eyes to it.

I have only one question for you, "Is hustling sustainable in the long run?"

🗣️ 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀
If you have been bottling up the 'confrontational' conversations, shying away from sharing your ideas or feeling anxious in voicing out your needs and opinions, 2025 is going to be a difficult time for you. The importance of self-expression was amplified this year. We were encouraged to share our unique perspectives and stories with the world, whether through writing, speaking, or simply engaging in meaningful conversations. So share more of your voice because your voice matters.

💚 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲
If you are healing in silo, join a community. 2025 is all about community healing. Knowing you are not alone. Moving into an energy of healing together.

PCOS? Find a community to heal together.
Stressed out? Find a collective to heal together.


🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️ 𝗜𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲, 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲
That fear of missing out which is making you attend all events. Increasing your stress is not worth it.

That saying 'yes' and losing your energy over it when it was a 'no' is not serving you anymore.

That fitting in a crowd losing your peace when in reality you want to own who you really are is lowering your vibration even more.

A simple rule for 2025 is going to be, if it costs you your peace, it's not worth it!
