The permission you need is not to succeed, the permission you need is to know it is ok if you fail......

6 am.

I am leading The Phoenix. It is the time to dive inside the subconscious. And my meditations are intuitively led. What I thought I would say, changes because I tune into their energies.

And here is what I said,

“I know, the doubts are weighing in.

The questions are nibbling at you.

The fear is slowly making more space inside you.

Can I apply to this job?

Who will consider me for this position when I do not have any relevant experience?

Will I be able to do this?

Sit with these. Be aware of it. Knowing I am here to navigate it with you.

Can I say something more?

Give yourself permission to explore and experiment. Let those shoulders droop knowing THIS DOES NOT HAVE TO BE IT. I can feel that inside you, the immense pressure of making this happen and the pressure of knowing if this is it.

It may or may not be. That is perfectly fine. You will not know it unless you jump in. It is perfectly ok if you feel as you dive inside that this is not it.

And I want that ‘no’ to come from your heart space. Not from the fears, questions or your doubts.”

The way your body and your mind starts processing the next steps with this activation is phenomenal.

We human beings are magic.

And our magic lies in trusting our humaneness to do what we have inside us.

Let your ‘no’ be led from your heart.
Not from the fears.

Give yourself permission to explore. Experiement.
That is how you will know what your hearts sings to.

It’s never too late to surrender to what’s blooming within you. All that matters is that you surrender to the buds that are longing to grow and be known. No matter your age or what may have previously occurred, this is an invitation to surrender to a second bloom. To welcome the new and share it with the world. To acknowledge the secret passions, longings, creations, and yearnings and let them bud and bloom.

If we properly allow things to end, new beginnings will always come. If we surrender to the cycles of Life, after winter, spring will always return. If we tend the seeds in the fertile earth, they’ll eventually emerge.

Just as we think the season’s over and winter’s drawing near, some roses bless us with an unexpected second bloom. It’s a likely sign that you too are set for a second bloom. Perhaps you have a creation that’s waiting to be brought forth. Or maybe it’s a new relationship or passion in your life. Maybe what’s waiting to be born is a new version of you.

The more open we are to change the more open we are to Life. The more open we are to Life the more open we are to being born again anew. Yes, this is what it means to truly live. Being open to saying yes to life from your heart – so when you eventually take your last breath, you’ll do so while still fully living.
