The quality of life we lead is a summation of our habits. the rituals that enrich us and habits that build us.
You will never change your life, until you change something you do daily.
The last week has been about building new habits for me and my clients.
I have been asking myself, how does Pradnya 2.0 look and feel like? And the answers which came were -
She wakes up even earlier.
Enriches herself with deeper morning rituals.
Moves more often balancing the masculine and feminine energies.
Eats better.
Habits are what make us. Discipline is choosing between what you want now and what you want most. And the fact that we humans are malleable and habits can be transformed, is our freedom ticket.
Sharing some insights with all of you today as I am taking myself and my clients on some new habit journey.
First things first. Let’s evidence your brain that you can form a new habit. Change an old one.
Sit and journal about one habit your formed in the last 5 years.
Go, google a story on how someone formed a new habit and left the old one.
Now tell yourself, “I have done it once. I can do it again”.
“So many humans do it. I can do it too”.This one is the releasing part. The yelling. The shouting. The part where your whole body needs to feel “I am done being like this.”
So close your eyes, and yell out the things you are done with in your life. And that you are ready to change.
Eg:
I am done looking at my bank balance and then planning my trip.
I am done feeling like this in my body.
I am done being exhausted by the afternoon.
I am done feeling stuck at work.
Yell it out loud. Let your entire being feel you are really done.Then shout out in cheer, what you are ready to invite.
Eg.: I am ready to make more money.
I am ready to feel energetic through out the day.
I am ready to feel light in my body.Which habits would you have to leave to be that person now?
Which habits would you have to inculcate to be that person now?
Write them down.

Choose an accountability partner if you need.
Remember, the first week is going to be the toughest. Keep visualizing how your life will change when you inculcate this new habit. Let each and every cell inside your body feel it.
Be gentle with yourself if you falter one day. Bring love to you. Connect with the ‘why’ again. Talk with your accountability partner.
