Where a world is operating from a space of fear, dare to live from love

The world operates on fear. Majorly. And all it does is make marketers richer and us live in fear.

Where a world is operating from a space of fear, dare to live from love.

The cosmetic industry is feeding off our fear of looking ugly. ‘Ugly’ from a perspective or a standard which the fashion industry has set for us.

The so called health industry and food industry is getting richer with the fear inside us of being in a particular ‘shape’ to be accepted in the society.

The medical industry is thriving on our fear of death.

The entire global politics is based on creating rifts and strategies based on our fears. Creating insecurities and instigating wars.

I want you to close your eyes and realise, which decisions you make in a day come from fear?

Those cosmetics that lie in your home. If you love make up is a different story. If not, then…..

What are you eating? Is it based from fear?

Where are you hanging out and how are you spending your day? Out of fear?

86.3 % of us are leading our lives in fear.
Fear of failure.
Fear of standing out.
Fear of speaking up.
Fear of what will people say.
Fear of being abandoned.
Fear of death.

I am f*cking sick and tired of seeing humans living in fear. So much so that I stopped basing my marketing content on fear. ‘F*ck no.

Would you not love to float in your desires.
Claim what your heart wants.
Come from a space of love.
Be free of the stress that comes from these fears.
Build courage.
Run, dance, sing with an openness like never before.
Go swim, climb that mountain, wear that dress.
Own stages.
Own yourself with love.

I dream of a world where all of us are like this. Humans who operate from love and not the fear fed into us.

And here is how we can get started:

  • The first and foremost step would be analyzing how much of your day is operated from fear. An honest reflection.
Eg.: I clean my home on most occasions if someone is coming home from a fear of being judged.

  • Ask yourself next, “What is the worst that can happen in this fear?”
For me the worst that can happen is my friends will judge me as someone who doesn’t keep her home clean.

  • Is that worst really the worst?
Meaning ‘Am I safe in this worst?’
‘Is my family safe in this worst?’
If the answer is ‘yes’, you are evidencing your brain and nervous system to realise it does not have to go on a flight or freeze or fright survival mode.

  • If I had to see this situation, make this decision or respond to this situation with love, what would I do?
I would in this situation, explain to my friends on I have so many other more meaningful things to do on that day than cleaning 😁
Or own my messy home with a knowing that playing with my son was more important than cleaning today or transforming my client’s life felt really fulfilling than cleaning.

  • Lastly, ask myself what is the fear trying to teach me.
In this case, it os teaching me on how much importance I am giving someone else’s opinion of me. It is making me realise how I am sacrificing to be in someone’s good books. And hinting on going deep with what really matters to me at the end of the day.

“Bran thought about it. 'Can a man still be brave if he's afraid?'
'That is the only time a man can be brave,' his father told him.”

So my friend, your fear is asking you to be brave.
To take that step.
To move ahead.
To just be who you are.

What step are you taking today in love?
